Turn Skinny Layouts Into Regular And Vice-Versa!
Okay, so maybe there is this really cute layout you see, but it is regular size, and you want it to be skinny or semi-skinny. Or perhaps you do not like skinny layouts, and just want a regular-sized one. Well, not to worry, this quick tutorial will explain how you can change the width of the right table to your liking. :]
NOTE: Not recommended for default layouts!
STEP 1: Copy the code of the layout you want and paste it into one the sections on your myspace profile-editing page.
STEP 2: Add this code after the very end of the code you just pasted in your profile:
STEP 3: The code above will turn a regular or skinny layout into a semi-skinny layout (350 pixels wide). Now if you want this to be even smaller or bigger, make the following adjustments:
In the above code, where it says "width:350px;", change the number 350 to make the table larger or smaller. For instance if you want the layout to be skinny-sized, then change the code so that it says "width:300px;". If you want it to be regular-sized, change the code so it says "width:435px;" .
NOTE: These are just standard sizes for myspace layouts, but you change the number to anything you want, as long as it not too big or small. Try to keep the number between 250px and 500px ! Hope this helped! =]
